Dr. Sanjiv M Narayan, MD, PhD, FHRS.

Affiliation: Dr. Narayan has been trained in software engineering and neuroscience in addition to Cardiology and Heart Rhythm Medicine. He maintains an internationally recognized clinical and research group, focused on clinical care that has led to unique ablation therapies for AF and ventricular arrhythmias. Dr. Narayan’s research in patient care has led to over 100 publications, over $4 M of funding, and several prizes and awards. Dr. Narayan is the Director of fellowship training in arrhythmia medicine at UCSD, and sits on National committees for fellowship training. He has been voted as one of San Diego’s Top Doctors, and has received teaching and national research awards for advancing patient-care. He maintains active board certification in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiovascular Medicine and Internal Medicine.
