SVT is usually a recurrent problem. Also in your situation it appears to have resulted in a very high heart rate leading to a rise I Troponin. SVT can be treated with medication or catheter ablation depending on the situation.
Small blood collection undnr the skin can occur cafter heart catheterization and often resolve. However large blood collections may require treatment. I suggest that you talk to the physician who performed the procedure.
