    Affiliation:Cardiology Lecturer and PhD student at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. Completed MD in 2004 and training in Cardiology in 2011. Currently on an Arrhythmia and Electrophysiology Fellowship at Clinique Pasteur, Toulouse, France.   • Dr. T. Jared Bunch, MD.

    Affiliation:Dr. T. Jared Bunch a native of Logan Utah graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine and received alpha omega alpha honors. He completed internal medicine residency and fellowships in cardiovascular diseases and electrophysiology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. He received the Mayo Brothers Distinguished Fellowship Award for clinical care of patients and the Donald C. Balfour Award for meritorious research. He served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic from 2003-2007, before joining his current partners at Intermountain Heart Rhythm Specialists. He currently directs heart rhythm research at Intermountain Medical Center.

  • Dr. David R. Holmes, Jr., MD.

    Affiliation:David R. Holmes, Jr., MD is a Professor of Medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Consultant. He is also a Past President of the American College of Cardiology and the Society for Cardiac Angiography and Interventions. He acts as editorial board member and is a reviewer of several professional journals including among others the American Journal of Cardiology, Journal of the American College of Cardiology, International Journal of Cardiology, and Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions. In addition, he is involved in the development of new catheter design and new approaches for treatment of a wide variety of patients with coronary artery disease and vein graft disease. Finally, he is involved in the development of continued application of percutaneous coronary intervention technology to noncoronary vascular beds and left atrial appendage occlusion.

  • Dr. Dionyssios Leftheriotis, MD.

    Affiliation:He has worked as a clinical and interventional electrophysiologist in “Onassis” Cardiac Surgery Center in Athens (Greece), in St. Georg Klinik in Hamburg (Germany) and he is currently working in the EP laboratory of “Attikon” University Hospital of Athens (Greece). His fields of interest are interventional electrophysiology and ablation, implanted devices, pathophysiology of arrhythmias, antiarrhythmic drugs, syncope, and prevention of sudden death/heart failure.

  • Dr. Amit Kumar Malik, MD, DM (CARDIOLOGY).

    Affiliation:Dr. Amit Malik did Fellowship training in Electrophysiology and Pacing from National Heart Centre Singapore. He is trained in Remote Magnetic Navigation (Stereotaxis) guided Radiofrequency Ablation and 3-D mapping for the treatment of complex cardiac arrhythmias and Pacemaker, Intracardiac Defibrillator, Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy implantation.

  • Dr. Simone Gulletta, MD.

    Affiliation:Dr. Gulletta has been working for over 20 years in the pacing and electrophysiology field. He performed numerous ablation procedures including supraventricular tachycardias, atrial fibrillation, WPW syndrome, ventricular arrhythmias using 3D mapping systems in the adult and pediatric population. His research activity has focused on WPW syndrome, syncope and prevention of sudden cardiac death in the pediatric population and professional athletes.

  • Dr. Emanuele Bertaglia, MD.

    Affiliation:He was graduated Medical Doctor at the University of Padua (110/110 cum laude) the July 24 1991 discussing with Prof. Sergio Dalla Volta the thesis “Cardiovascular effects of acute and chronic exposure to the high altitude hypoxia”. In February 03 1997 he obtained the Diploma of Specialist in Cardiology at the University of Padua (70/70 cum laude). From August 04 1997 to August 15 2012 he worked at the Department of Cardiology of the Ospedale Civile of Mirano (Venice), where he was Chief of the Electrophysiology Lab. In this period he acquired a particular competence in the fields of cardiac pacing and electrophysiology, developing clinical and scientific interest in the management of atrial fibrillation. From September 2012 he is working at the Clinica Cardiologica of the University Hospital of Padua as chief of the Interventistic Arrhythmology Unit. From April 2010 he is President of the Regional Council of the Associazione Italiana Aritmologia e Cardiostimolazione.
